Social Security Disability

Maglione Law Firm represents people who are applying for Social Security benefits or who have been denied benefits and/or have requested a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. Social Security pays benefits to people who cannot work because they have a medical condition that is expected to last at least one year or result in death. Federal law requires this very strict definition of disability. While some programs give money to people with partial disability or short-term disability, Social Security does not.
Applying for and navigating through the Social Security disability process can be very stressful, time consuming and difficult. We can help you throughout the whole process. You do not pay any legal fees or costs upfront. You do not pay any fees or costs if we do not get you your disability benefits. Our fee is set by Federal law and comes out of any back benefits we get you if we are successful in getting you benefits. The amount of fee is also limited by Federal law.
